- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't like leaving negative reviews. But this business is simply the only provider of the service in this area and no other options available. Trucks, as it seems, to be on purpose very LOUD banging in early morning throughout the neighborhood. Truck drivers miss our collection (on purpose?) and we call their "customer service" - no remedy. Customer service is a disservice. They are rude and they don't care. For months now trying to solve problems with billing with no end in sight... With competition this "business" would "tank" in no time... Thinking about cancelling our "service" and hauling our garbage to Ferndale once a month.
